Triangle Realty is a real estate brokerage focused on helping buyers and sellers navigate the property market with confidence.

As the in house designer, I supported the company’s marketing efforts by creating a wide range of materials used to promote properties, communicate services, and strengthen the brokerage brand. My work spanned print, digital, and environmental applications and supported both the brokerage as a whole and the individual agents representing listings.

Working closely with agents and leadership, I translated complex real estate information into clear, visually engaging marketing materials that helped promote listings and improve the overall client experience.

Print Design

Much of my work focused on creating marketing materials used by agents to promote properties and connect with buyers and sellers.

I designed a wide range of collateral including property listing flyers, brochures, seller guides, buyer guides, direct mail pieces, and agent marketing materials.

Each piece needed to clearly communicate property details while maintaining a polished and consistent brand presence. The goal was to create materials that felt professional, easy to understand, and visually engaging for potential buyers and sellers.

Educational Content

In addition to property marketing, I created educational materials that helped explain the real estate process to clients.

This included visual flow charts, process diagrams, informational graphics, and seller preparation guides that outlined each stage of the buying or selling journey.

These materials helped simplify complex information and allowed agents to communicate their process more clearly with clients.

Property Promotion

To support brand visibility, I designed large scale marketing materials including billboards and outdoor advertising.

 also created digital assets used across the company’s online marketing channels.This included website graphics, property listing visuals, social media promotions, and marketing content that agents could use to showcase listings online.

The goal was to ensure that listings were presented consistently across digital platforms while making properties visually appealing to potential buyers.
